Information we collect
When an adult submits the early-access form, we collect their name, email address, country, interest type, requested quantity and optional message. We also record the date, the version of the consent notice accepted, and a short-lived pseudonymous rate-limit key derived from connection information. We do not store the raw IP address for rate limiting.
How we use it
- To answer enquiries and manage the early-access list.
- To send relevant Telly launch, reservation, pilot, partnership or investment information requested by the submitter.
- To protect the form from spam and abuse.
- To maintain business and legal records where required.
Adults only
The enquiry form is intended for people aged 18 or over. Do not submit a child's name, voice recording, health information or other personal details. If we learn that a child submitted personal information through the form, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Sharing and international processing
We may use hosting, database, email, security and professional-service providers to operate the website and respond to enquiries. Those providers may process information outside the UAE. We do not sell personal information. We will use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law.
Retention
We keep enquiry information only while it is reasonably needed for the purpose described above, for an active business relationship, or to meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your enquiry or stop launch updates at any time.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, or withdraw consent for future updates. Email info@onkaru.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect website enquiry information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website and product develop. The effective date above will change when a material update is published.
